PRACTITIONER: Meg Agnew, LMT
In this 45 minute class, students learn to discover and practice easy, simple movements while developing an attitude of curiosity. Using principles of the Trager Approach to inspire ease of movement students discover how their thoughts can change their movement, how movement can lead to pleasurable sensation, ease pain and reduce restrictions.
