PERSONAL + FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Integrative Functional Training (IFT) — an approach to fitness and physical wellness developed by Elaine Mack, LMT & Personal Trainer — integrates the best practices of Functional Fitness Training, Massage Therapy, Muscle Activation Technique, Myofascial Release, Nutrition and other approaches to create global improvements in health and wellbeing.

Your first IFT session will be a thorough intake of your overall physical state and understanding of your personal goals. After conducting a series of evaluations and tests,  your trainer will then use the results to construct an ongoing and evolving regime of exercise for you that will move you towards your fitness and wellness goal swiftly, safety and effectively.

IFT sessions are 60 minutes in length and offered primarily on a one-on-one private basis though semi-private options are available as well for clients with matching needs and goals.
