Booking Policy

We work by appointment only in our West Stockbridge center, in order to ensure that you receive our undivided attention. To reserve your appointment, you must submit a credit card number along with your reservation. You will not be charged until the time of your appointment; please be advised that your card will be charged in the event of an unapproved cancellation or no-show (see below for more information). 

Intake Policy

We want to get to know you, your health challenges, and your overall level of fitness and well-being. To jump-start this process, we require you to fill out a treatment intake form prior to your appointment. Download it here, complete it, and bring it with you to your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances sometimes arise that are out of our control. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before an appointment for the following reasons:

  • Severe illness or accident
  • Airline/train delays
  • Death in the family

Because we’re unable to book more than one appointment at a time, your credit card will be charged in the following situations:

  • Failure to cancel 24 hours or more prior to appointment time
  • No-shows (missing appointment without notice/explanation)
  • Late arrivals
