Affordable integrative treatments and training to manage and eliminate pain without the use of drugs.

NOPS is offered on select Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Space is limited and intake is on a rolling basis, so pre-registration is recommended but not required. Scroll down to learn more and view upcoming sessions.

All services are offered on a rolling basis in any given session. Students may arrive at anytime up until 30 minutes before the end of any given session. Pre-registration is encouraged, as space is limited.

Full Body | $30-$45
Auricular (ear only) | $25

While reclining in comfortable “zero gravity” chairs, patients can choose to have either the basic auricular (ear) treatment (particularly helpful for stress, anxiety and cravings), or to receive both ear and body points (better for more specific or internal medicine concerns).  Since the intake period is less, needles can be retained longer during Community Acupuncture than with standard individual acupuncture sessions, staying in anywhere from 40-60 minutes.  This allows for a deeply relaxing therapeutic experience.

Community Acupuncture can be used either as a stand alone health modality, or to complement individual acupuncture treatments a person is already receiving.  Studies show auricular acupuncture to be particularly helpful in treating symptoms of stress, PTSD, anxiety, addiction, as well as some inflammatory and pain conditions.

Our Group Bodywork Clinic is an opportunity for clients to receive short, focused, treatment for a particular pain complaint or a general “tune-up” in a group setting at an affordable rate.

All clients remain fully clothed and relax on massage tables or Thai massage mats during Group Bodywork Clinic.

During the clinic, there will be times when one of our skilled practitioners will be treating you directly, while at other times, you will be encouraged to relax and restore while another is being treated.

In addition to receiving hands-on treatment for your particular issue, you will also learn effective techniques for treating your own pain with therapeutic tools like foam rollers and acupressure balls.

Treatment is offered on a rolling basis, and students may arrive at anytime up until 30 minutes before the end of any given session. Pre-registration is encouraged, as space is limited.
