Community Care Days kick off Jan. 30
Boundless is dedicated to fostering positive transformation in your body and life, period.
The traditional Western approach to treating injuries and many health conditions has been to diagnose the problem and then rigorously apply a standardized system to it—regardless of individual needs, abilities, and intolerances. But bodies aren’t T-shirts, and a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work with health and wellness. So what happens when that standard system inevitably fails?
At Boundless, we have decades’ worth of experience in creating customized programs to treat acute and chronic health conditions. We collaborate with you one-on-one in our Berkshire center to develop a system that works for your body and your lifestyle, at this moment and beyond.
Our signature approach begins with an integrative consult with one of our seasoned wellness professionals in our West Stockbridge studio. We ask questions and listen to you, evaluate your health and fitness, and construct custom treatment plans from a diversity of time-tested and new therapeutic approaches, including acupuncture, bodywork, massage, and fitness training. This not only fosters a healthier body; it also empowers you to understand your needs and symptoms and be your own healer.
Boundless isn’t a place to try the same-old, same-old, or apply a Band-Aid approach for a few hours’ worth relief. It’s about creating breakthrough shifts in your perspective that nurture a lifetime of wellness.
Boundless does not create a division between hands on bodywork and movement training and education.
At Boundless, we set you up with the tools you need for long-term fitness and vitality. Our facility in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts—convenient to Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge, Richmond, Great Barrington, and to Chatham and other towns in Columbia County, New York—features both therapeutic stations for massage and stretching and stations for training, such as weights, rowing machines, and gymnastic rings. This allows us to create a multifunctional program of bodywork and movement training and education, focusing on a fundamental reorganization of ergonomics, movement patterns, and habits. The flexibility of the Boundless facility—and the diverse backgrounds of our practitioners — facilitate far more progress than bodywork, acupuncture, or personal training alone.
By combining treatment modalities and instructing you in exercises and techniques you can practice on your own, we can help you with everything from chronic pain management to fatigue, allergies, neuropathy, and a host of other conditions.
